COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course refreshes your knowledge and skills of the duties of a Fire and Emergency Warden, including identifying safe evacuation routes,  assembly points and how to effectively run an evacuation.

NZQA units standards refreshed

18408:  Demonstrate knowledge of fire and emergency warden duties in the workplace

​

ENTRY CRITERIA:

Students that refresh the unit standards must hold the current unit standards.

Numeracy and Literacy: All students must have the ability to write, speak and understand basic English to complete the assessments

 

DURATION:

1.5 - 2 hours Face-to-face
