This course refreshes your knowledge and skills by combining harness use and the selection, installation, use and disestablishment of height safety equipment to set up fit for purpose height safety systems. We also cover ladder risks, scaffolding, man cage and EWP use while working at heights. The course is mostly scenario based to ensure the student refreshes on his knots, rope use and fall arrest devices.
HARNESS SAFETY

This course is designed to provide you with the knowledge and technical skills to identify and inspect the type of safety harness to use and to effectively connect it to a safety harness system. This course also covers risks while working at height including harness suspension and the importance of having a rescue plan to execute various rescue methods.

This course is designed to provide you with the knowledge and technical skills to understand the legal requirements around working at heights and preventing a worker from falling. You will learn to plan, implement and disestablish height safety systems while working at heights using fall devices, anchor points and safety harness.
HEIGHT SAFETY ADVANCED

This course is designed to help you gain in dept knowledge of the legislative requirements while working at heights. Practical scenario’s will guide you through the selection of the correct type of height safety systems and the use of relevant knots and fall arrest devices. This course also includes an active rescue scenario where the team set up an anchor points and use their knowledge to rescue the worker at height.
INSPECT AND MAINTAIN HEIGHT SAFETY EQUIPMENT

Upon completing this course, you will have the competencies necessary to identify, inspect and maintain height safety gear, including harnesses, pulley wheels, lanyards, ropes, karabiners, helmets, and supplementary equipment. Additionally, you will grasp the legal obligations, methodologies, and protocols associated with inspecting height safety equipment.
